If you have a patient dog that will go in his crate and wait for you to get the door closed properly this is the crater for you. If you have a dog like mine and the jerking clanging rattling noises you are making trying to get this door down freaks your dog out and keeps them from being in the crate...then you have a problem. The door has a latch that allows you to keep the door propped up a bit, so this catches on the way down preventing it from shutting. Also it doesn't smoothly go down when being shut, it jerks and catches. By the time I'm halfway down my dog has freaked and bolted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Blizz Great Crate, But watch sizing on 37" crate
I purchased the 37" crate and it is not true to size. Lists 37"L x 25"W x 26.75"H and is 36"L x 22.25"W x 25"H. Just a little off, but add the tray and a pad and even tighter and will not fit a full size Husky male although it should. Repurposed for my female and purchased the "43" inch crate. It is more true to size. Honestly think they need size in between for Med/Large dogs as 43 is too big and 37 is too small, maybe a 39 or 40

Rated 5 out of 5 by KYgrandma Great crate!
We have used Midwest crates for seven years. We have one in the bedroom, one in the kitchen and one in our truck (crew cab) that he rides in when he gets to go "bye bye". These crates are well made, sturdy and easy to set up or break down. Would highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mdrilldog Poor construction, easy to break open
My dog of 50 pounds can push with his head or paws and get the door off the track so it opens. He has also pushed it up. The tracks on the side where the door slides up catch on the the door, not a smooth operation. Just as I am writing this review, my dog has busted out again. So save your money
