Grreat Choice® Dog Muzzle
Once I selected the proper size it worked just fine. I also took the recommend suggestion of another review to put a knot at the adjustment clip so it doesnt slip loose. BUT you will need to measure your dogs nose/muzzle for a proper fit... why In the world they suggest going by weight is a mystery to me... my Pit Bulls are 60 lbs but have short wide noses and take a larger size for a comfortable fit.

Works like it is supposed to.
My dog HATES to get his nails trimmed, and will bite out of fear. I put this on him and he cannot bite me. IF YOUR DOG SLIPS IT OFF THEN YOU NEED TO TIE A KNOT IN THE STRAP!!! My dog slipped it off his head too, so I tied a knot in the strap behind the plastic buckle, and now he can't get it off. DO NOT LEAVE THIS ON YOUR DOG WHEN NOT ATTENDED!!!

Temporary Use as in a few seconds....
I put this on my dog a handful of times when I would see a loose dog and get nervous. My dog is NOT dog friendly. She is about 65 pounds.
The size I got fit perfect (I think it was a 4...)! She definitely could not bite while wearing the muzzle.
But I put it on her she rubs her face in the grass and can now swat it right off her face. The size fits perfect and even when I tighten it she can get it off.
So again, TEMPORARY use.

Don't go by the weight
I thought, going by the weight and the types of dogs it listed, that it would fit. My dog is 24lbs so I thought a size 4 listed for 24 to 28lbs, would fit. All I can say is measure, measure, measure, because my little 24lb dog's snout actually falls under the 80 to 100 lb dog fit. Living so far from a Pets Smart, it gets expensive quick when you have to mail it back. A small $10 muzzle has now cost almost $30. My fault for not measuring to be sure.
