I adopted a 3 year old dog. I noticed when he woke up in the morning he had urine drops where he lay. When he was seen by the vet it cost me 251.00 to tell me he had crystals and high PH which means bladder infection. After 77.00 of food and meds for 2 weeks the symptoms returned. Instead of another trip to the vet, I purchased this product and the leaks stopped. After 1 bottle he still had it but not as bad. After a second bottle, no more leaks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by bgls Our vet recommended we use a bladder supplement to help prevent our dog's UTI issues. So we did some searching and decided on this product because it was the most natural of all the supplements at the store. We are on bottle two of this product and it is extremely effective at reducing the potential for bladder infections and UTI's. I would recommend anyone with a dog having urinary issues to try this supplement before doing rounds and rounds of vet visits and antibiotics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KCinAR Works for my dog even at half the dose
I originally started my 7 yr old female Boxer with spay incontinence on a different brand of bladder support supplement for dogs that was similar to this product but also contained Oregon Grape Root and Marshmallow Root.
Although the first brand worked great from the start, it made her really nauseated even when taken with her evening meal.
I read review after review for that first brand and nobody mentioned any nausea issues so I'm assuming my dog must be that one odd dog that is sensitive to those ingredients.
I decided to try a different brand in the hopes it wouldn't cause her nausea so after more research I found this bladder support supplement for dogs from
21st Century Essential Pet.
After comparing the active ingredients in both brands, I learned 21st Century Essential Pet brand bladder support did not have the 2 herbs above that I suspected might be causing her nausea.
I started her on just 1 tablet per day of the 21st Century Essential Pet brand just to ease into it and watch for nausea, she was fine but she began leaking again at night so a few days later I gave her 2 tablets with her evening meal. Her incontinence stopped immediately and she has no more nausea!! YAY!!
I'm very happy with the results and surprised that such a low dose is working for her as per the label dosing instructions, the dose for her is 1 tablet per 25 lbs twice a day and she weighs 75lbs.
If you try this for your dog, I suggest starting off with a low dose to see how he/she tolerates it, then gradually increase the dosage (per the product label instructions of course) until you see the incontinence stop.
In my research on bladder support supplements for dogs and reading reviews online, I've learned some dogs have to take these types of supplements for as long as a month or more before results are achieved.
I'm relieved this is working for her as I really did not want to start her on a prescription drug.
Hang in there and if this one doesn't work for your dog, try a different brand and give it some time before you give up.
I've also read that some dogs have had success with cornsilk and or unsweetened soy milk as soy milk contains isoflavones that can help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Malshilover Our dog started having issues with UTI's, incontinence, and constant urination a few months ago. She's been through several rounds of antibiotics and we wanted something to prevent her from getting more infections or having a more serious bladder/urinary tract problem. Our vet recommended a supplement and change of treats. We changed her treats but didn't buy the supplement right away because she got better. Then she started having frequent urination and an inability to control her bladder right before Christmas. I went to the store and picked up the bladder support supplement. Within a couple days of giving her the supplement she was controlling her bladder better and now she's not having any bladder issues at all. I definitely recommend this product for any dog with bladder or urinary tract issues.
