PetSafe® Sweep One™ Advanced Auto-Cleaning Litter Box System
Poor quality do not buy.
I bought this thanking I was getting the best one. I was so wrong. This sweep one auto cleaner is a peace of poo. The first day I started using it it would pop and make all kinds of noise. If my cat urinated close to the guide rakes it would bind up and pop and crack then it would back up and try it again with no luck. I would have to pull the power cord out to stop it And scoop it out myself. After having it for three weeks it finely just stopped working. We are returning it tomorrow. Poor quality do not buy.

$200 down the drain
Bought this "upgrade" after the nature's miracle box broke after a month. $200 down the drain. it pops and snaps and has finally broken having it less than 3 months. We are going back to the old fashion litter box. These expensive items look good on the box but are horribly crafted products. Save your money, don't buy this.

The clicking sound that it makes us scared. We stopped using it. The bookshelf works so much better. We always used the old litter box. We refuse to use the new one.

There is one major design flaw. There is a white plastic "rake guide" near the front of the box. The plastic guide rails are about 1/4" apart from each other. When my cats urinate on the rake guide, there is no room for the litter to properly clump, so instead, it turns into a cement like sludge and clogs up the rake guide. When the rake comes through and tries to clean, it gets stuck in the urine/litter cement and makes awful grinding and cracking noises (even worse at 3 am). After awhile, the motor wears out and the rake stops its upward motion, so no litter makes it into the dump bin. Same problem with each of the three replacements sent to me by the manufacturer. An automatic litter box should require attention once or twice a week, not multiple times per day if my cat happens to use the bathroom near the front of the litter box.
