Scoop Free Ultra Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box
YOU NEED THIS PRODUCT
We have had as many as three cats at one time to one cat. Currently we have two cats in our household. We have been fresh step users since our very first kitty. The only problems we experienced with regular litter was the dust it causes and my husband thinking one clean out every few days was ok but our house hit you like a brick wall when you came in of SMELLY LITTER. I was mortified to have people to our house or our downstairs. Even with constant vacuuming and dusting I even was a constant renter or the rug doctor. The biggest problem is as a busy housewife and business owner I had no time to make sure the litter was clean and my husband did not always remember to clean it out. Then we found out that one of our cats has asthma so I started researching litter boxes. This product solved ALL our issues. The litter is automatically cleaned and has no dust. The clean up is a breeze the litter is completely changed by just taking the bottom off and covering with the box top and toss it. The house smells like a home again and hubby can have friends to his man cave again. I would recommend this product to anyone.

The crystal trays leak cat urine on our tile
My daughter and I bought Scoop Free Ultra cleaning cat litter box. We have several other cat boxes scattered around the house for our 6 cats. They seem to like to go in the cat box hidden in our dining room. So we decided to put the Scoop Free in the dining were the cats seem to most of their #2. At first it worked great no #2 smell and the cats seem to like it. After a month or so my daughter noticed that the crystal trays were leaking cat urine on the floor. Can't handle that so unfortunately we are returning the cat box and went back to using the hooded litter box we had.. I'm sorry it didn't work out. I would suggest the manufacturer instead of using cardboard for the trays using plastic trays would keep the urine from leaking.

This is the BEST automatic litter box
I have two of these for 3 indoor cats. It took 2 of the cats a little while to get used to the sound, but they are all using the boxes now.
I don't throw the trays out, but instead just dump all the litter out once it has become urine saturated.
I refill the trays with Nature's Miracle crystal litter. One bag will fill two trays, so that is a substantial savings. Instead of $36, it costs me $15 to refill two trays.
When the trays finally get too used, I do replace them, but only about 3 times a year.

love but exspensive
I have 2 inside cats. Due to my living situation I've had to keep my cats in my bedroom. I have a very large bathroom. That is where I keep this litter box. The crystals still get all over the floor. I have the setting on 10 minutes. I am so happy that I don't have to clean a litter box on a daily basis. The litter tray is costly. As soon as I smell cat urine I change it. I set it so I know how many times they use it. I have to change it usually when it says 60-80. One of my cats isn't thrilled with it. I sometimes put a traditional litter box out too, and she prefers that one. Its costly but worth it. I feed 3 feral cats. Work full time. Anything that saves me extra work is a bonus. The box itself is also very sturdy. Not a piece of junk.
