Natural Defense® Flea & Tick Squeeze-On Cat Treatment
The smell is a bit harsh but much better than the chemical smell from regular flea treatment. My cats have stayed flea and tick free so it works as well. My cats used to run, rub and roll as if medication burned and they do not do that with this product. They can eat right after treatment and do no have the adverse affects they had with traditional chemical treatment.

I totally disagree with the reviewers who hated the scent. It has an amazing spice scent and I think that it is actually better than any scented candle I've ever had. I just wish the scent would last for an entire month! I didn't have any oily residue either. I used the squeeze on applications and had no problems what-so-ever. I have bought many other more expensive products and found them to be less satisfactory than this product. I hope they carry it forever. I recommended it to a friend and she loves it too.

Horrible smell & didn't work
My 2 yr old indoor only cats got fleas for the 1st time. I comb them everyday & noticed what looked like sand on them. I found only 1 live flea on 1 cat & 2 on the other. I bought this product because it was natural. 1st off the smell was horrible, I could smell it in my house for days. 2nd as soon as I put it on them they started running around crazy. 3rd wherever they sat would be a oily grease stain that would have to be washed. I followed all of the instructions & I have used topicals on my dog. It didn't do anything to get rid of the fleas or the eggs from hatching. Within a few days they I found 4 more live ones. Even though the instructions say it kills immediately. I treated my home, washed everything in hot water & bought carpet treatments. I then tried Advantage II & in one dose I could not find anything on them & they didn't behave crazy or leave any stains. No smell either. It's been 1 week & I haven't found anything on either one of them.

All natural. No chemicals to maybe do harm to your pet. Yes the smell can be pretty bad but we can stand it knowing it will do no harm to them. We live in TX and the fleas here are really bad here. It helps a lot.
