I put mine in a 10 to begin with and as soon as i did she CHASED THE GUPPY EVERYWHERE!! So I moved Molly to my 20 gallon with my Platy's and Gourami"s and she doesn't chase anyone. Oh, and SHE EATS A LOT! I have to be careful on how much food I put near her because she'll take it from the others, I plan on getting a black molly so she won't be so lonely.

These fish are great for beginning fish enthusiasts. If you are considering getting one, please do. My Dalmatian Molly lives with a Silver Lyretail in a 10 gallon tank, both males, but never fight or nip. Sassafrass loves to swim behind my volcano bubbler and stare at the bubbles for long periods of time, and will stay there for hours. When I got him at PetSmart, he was very sassy (hence his name) and tried to escape the net, but when he got into my tank, the Silver Lyretail immediately established dominance over Sassafrass and now he is very timid. He still is a lovley fish, and is pure black with silver eyes and speckled silver fins.

I Love This Fish! I Currently Have 4 Female's & There The Best Ever! However I Had A Male I Had About A Month Ago & Had Him Housed With One Of My Females & Sadly He Died Unexpected. These Fish Can Be Very Hardy & Very Active If You Have The Right Water Temp,& Its Big Enough Because Mollies Love,Love,Love To Swim! I Would Defiantly Recommed This Fish Just Be Careful Where You Buy Your Dalmatian Molly & Which One You Pick.
